Record audio into iPhone through lightening port? (without an interface)
I'm trying to record a video on my iPhone and have the video audio be from an external source (coming into the iPhone through the lightning port).
I can do this using a USB audio interface, but my interfaces USB port is already being used by my iPad.
Can I send audio from the headphone out of my interface into my iPhone without needing another interface in between?
I thought maybe I could use a Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter, or a 1/4 inch to lightening adapter to send audio into the iPhone?

Maybe don’t start a new thread for the same question.

Sorry, I thought maybe for the sake of clarity it would be better to make this it's own question (specifically how to get loopy pro audio into iPhone, vs how to record headphone output into iPhone).
Happy to have this post closed and keep all discussion in the original thread if that would be more appropriate 👍
