Do you use Cubasis 3 on a IPad Air 2 iOS 15 ?

I got my old IPad Air 2 that still work pretty well. Use it mainly as a remote control for LO on Mac.

As you got a headphone jack I would like to know if it is possible to use on it Cubasis 3 without external plugins just to do some sketch track to put my idea sitting at a bar ….

Or impossible to use it on IPad Air2 iOS 15 ?

  • You can use it but don't expect any miracles when it comes to performance...

Thanks I don’t expect performance it is really to put ideas in max Tracks and import the tracks to my Cubasis 3 on my IPad Air 4 ios 16.

Is it ok for max 8 tracks using only internal FX and sound banks and instruments ?

That should work quite ok using the built-in synths, effects and a few instances of Micrologue which can be a CPU hog on older devices.

Thanks for the advice on Micrologue hopefully I don’t use it. I don’t know even if it is a good synth .
