Great review, thanks!
I've followed the C.24 since it's kickstarter campaign with anxious anticipation. I'm glad the arrival is upon us but man, I'm a bit bummed about a case that has problems holing iPads. That also seems like a hefty price tag. I can't wait to see some video reviews and get more opinions. I will not be a guineapig on this one
I'm in line. Sad about it not working with new ipads as a case but I knew that was a possibility when I supported it. Still glad I did—it's cool stuff and I'm glad it'll exist soon.
To expensive for what it does, I'll pass.
That money got me a small USB keyboard with normal size keys, 2 wheels and 8 knobs, a cck and more apps then I can count.
Yeah, with the case not working for new iPads, I can't imagine them selling very many of these at $230. At $99, I'm not feeling bad about it.
Agreed....I got in at $99 too, so I'm glad I did now.
Has anyone received theirs yet? I'm getting anxious
Not yet Russ. I did get my Jamstik though. I'm having fun with that now. Very nice combo with ST's new guitar sounds.
I'd heard some people were having problems with the Jamstik, although I don't recall what types of problems. Have you encountered any? It looks like a blast.
I have heard a lot of people are having trouble with jamstik also. It did look interesting but not sure given that people are having so much trouble with it. I forgot what the complaints were but I found enough of them I remember that I decided against it for now at least.
I'm having no issues. The wireless works perfectly. There was a update loaded when I got it. Maybe that fixed the issues.
Thanks for the feedback Morris. Thinking further on it, I believe one issue was the lack of articulations...bends, slides, etc. Are you seeing that?
I'm the one that posted about trouble in another thread. All my issues are solved but one. Haven't really used it much lately, though.
It does have bends. There is a setting to turn it on.No slides that I know of. I think a lot of the bad reviews was from lack of reading documentation. A lot of parameters can be changed internally.
I still use it wired, don't like the latency otherwise.

Are you using adhoc wifi to connect wirelessly? I wonder if they're considering a BT LE solution down the road.
They are building a BT model, I believe. I just tried out wifi as they suggested, did not create an ad hoc network. I also find switching wifi networks just a bit of a pain.
I haven't checked out BT LE much yet, but I've heard that the latency is workable and better than wifi. I think I'll wait to hear how Jamstik does once that's out.
@miguelmarcos. Just curious about what iOS device you are using?
Morris - are you using yours wirelessly?
Yes Russ, with no noticeable latency on iPad Air.
Mmmm....now I just need the money ;-)
I only notice latency when the battery starts getting low.
@mgmg4871, iPad Air 1, iOS7. I upgraded recently and haven't tried with iOS8.
