AUM (and NS2) for live-jamming - how do you process the master-signal?
Okay, i use mainly several Obsidian instances in Nanostudio, and this mix that goes into AUM, where a few AUV3s like Ruismakers come along. I wonder if i should buy extra stuff or if i can get a proper signal for playing live just with the onboard-fx inside AUM (and in Nanostudio, of course).
And since i have no experience with jamming live over a PA (only small monitors and headphones at home), do you have some important suggestions were to focus on to not hurt the ears of the audience? I play kind of ambient, chillout-grooves etc. No house or techno stuff.

Just load also NS2 as IAA in AUM and then route every channel in AUM into bus and the put on that bus FabFilter Pro-L .. and probably FAC medusa before Pro-L, there is few nice mastering presets like “analog mix” which makes your final mix pretty nice “mastered”
like this:
It does not heal my GAS ;-) but thank you for your suggestion so far!
Ah so you want HW solution ?
then something like this:
https://www.otomachines.com/product/boum/
https://www.elektron.se/en/analog-heat-mkii-explorer
but those aren’t cheap solutions :-)
Or this, ultimate perfect solution but price is absolutely insane madness.

On other price specttrum, absolute minial viable compromise - no saturation, now eq but at least compresor to shave peaks

No, my GAS is more of virtual nature ;-) ; but its good to be reminded about the difference of HW and these "expensive" Apps from time to time.
Should i also consider FAC Maxima instead of your two suggestions? It seem to be a bit easier to me...
The main task is "just" to make the two Ruismakers and the NS2-signal sound well together.
As much as i love all FAC plugins and use many of them literally in every my track, i don’t use Maxima at all, FabFilter Pro-L works much better for me. Which may be just problem in me, so if you learn your way to use Maxima in the way that i dows what you need in quality you like then why not…
