  • The sale lasts until January 1, so plenty of time to think about it. Solid deal IMO.

  • yeah - just tried the free version and it's Z3ta's twin sister.

Says on their youtube page for the new teaser the beta version of SynthMaster Player iOS in March, the actual app will come in April.

  • Gonna be awesome!

  • Countdown to synthmaster for ios'so birthday!, Not very long now!

  • Got the full version, so I wait to see what this can do, full version covers many types of synthesis, an excellent all round synth.

  • This will not do anything more but less than that I am pretty sure, but it will be nice to have it portable on iOS!

  • What will the relationship be between the desktop (if you own it) and the iOS version?

Second cousins? First cousin once removed? I'm not sure. I always get that messed up.

Perhaps (touch)ho** cousins as sometimes referred to here stateside.

  • This will have exactly the same sound set as the desktop Player version, there will be a free version with 100 presets and a paid version with 800.

Then you will be able to purchase up to 27 add on packs via IAP.

If you have bought any of the desktop Soundpacks yup will be able to get the iOS ones for free, if you have the full Synthmaster 2.6 you will be able to import any of your own sounds into the iOS version.

I have a Player demo on the channel and also my Vangelis tribute and the Kraftwerk one were done using only the preset sound, although most of those particular sounds are using the add on packs, whereas the Player video uses the factory presets

  • Hi guys, we actually started our internal beta testing. If anyone wants to participate please let me know. Since we haven't submitted the app to AppStore yet we have to record the UUID of each device used for testing. We'll need that info from you guys.

    Thanks!

  • Right now the following have been tested and working just fine!

    1. AudioBus state load/save: When you modify a preset you can save it using AudioBus. This is really handy, but we'll probably add load/save preset functionality as well inside SynthMaster Player.

    2. Exporting your own presets as a SynthMaster Bank (this feature comes in v2.7 of the plugin), and importing them into the iOS Player works!

    3. We tried to simplify the "registration" process. So, it will be possible to import your existing license key file for SynthMaster into the iOS Player so you don't have to type the exact user details/serial number etc.

    4. Once you register, if you are an existing SynthMaster user you carry over all your existing presets banks FOR FREE. I am sure existing SynthMaster users will like this feature :)

    Cheers

  • Thanks Bulent, beautiful thing.

  • Hope it will work on ios 7.1.2 :)

  • Looking forward to this Romulator. PC version is good. Shame Nexus vst is not crossing over to IOS.

  • Hope they would hurry, my Auria Pro is going to get my cash if they don't hurry, but then again, take your time, so it will be a good product. :)

So the preset import works via our registration information? that is awesome...except for those of us who use different emails for Apple and other products. Is there a manual import? Cause at the moment it looks like for the iOS player I am hosed. Which I find annoying as I do not want to re-register and have to pay AGAIN for what I have already bought
