I’m thinking: an arctic scene, blue ice, deep snow, distant sea sounds, a vast ice chasm opening near the isolated research base, global warming slowly releasing something, something that seeps and flows, that has been frozen there for millennia. The scientists at the station are unaware, but the ones that are absailing now down into the chasm to take ice core specimens will soon know…

Great description.... I loved the ominous feel to this one... core work done with spacecraft 2, stretched a small amount with pxstretch, paying particular attention to frequency and harmonics.
