I have to say I really like this kind of effect, tons of options too, great for live performance as well as adding some interest to the most boring drum pattern.
It’s also great on melodic stuff too.

Would be nice if (next to pitch and volume) BeatBreaker also had filters.
You can use the 'Step FX' for that if/when needed
I was thinking about that too. But not sure if it also offers the adjustable curves like BeatBreaker?
But at least there's a global attack and release with curve setting that is applied for each step.
