I asked on another composition… is that a strummed instrument or an app that is using a strum effect? I guess it’s possible to play chords with slight delays between notes but it happens on evert multi-note chord.

Cool. What tools are you using for scripting?
Nothing special. It could be done in anything that supports normal event driven procedural logic and the ability to send midi commands. The code isn’t even that complex, I’ve kinda surprised myself here and I’m running with it.

I thought you were doing improvisation. Which plugin did you use for the strummed sound?
The sound source was SampleTank’s basic plucked acoustic guitar. The strum effect is from not sending the midi commands for the notes of the chord all at once.
