How to convert Live Loop cell to an audio track region?

How do I convert a Live Loop cell into an audio region, once I'm done with tracking? I've looked at the manual and not found an answer so far.

    You can record the live-loop triggering performance to the time-line.
    (It's a small icon with an r on it).

    You can also 'copy' a cell and paste it to the time-line.
