Synths for iPhone with the most modulation options
By that I mean most LFOs, Envelopes, and destinations.
I have Synthmaster One with 3 LFOs, 2 Mod envelopes and I think any destination is allowable.
Other synths I have are Kauldron, Model D and Model 15. They have just 1 or 2 LFOs etc.
I think I might have the best one for iPhone in Synthmaster One, given it has wavetable osc as well

Very soon Butter Synth (4lfo, 4 multipoint loopable envelopes, 4 classic adsr, 4 step sequencer modulators, 32 slots mod matrix :-)
Just need wait a timy bit more, Dev is killing final bufs before big update ..
Otherwise obviously miRack and Drambo, from classic non modular synths Bleass Megalit - 4 lfo / 4 envelopes

Note that Butter is for now just on iPad - iPhone comptibility will be part of upcoming update
Ivcs3 with the mod iap. You can literally stick an lfo on every knob, and there are a lot of knobs!
Sugar Bytes’ Unique can modulate every knob, just longpress the knob for options. I’m pretty sure I’ve fiddled with a synth that let you set a range around each knob over which they would modulate, but I can’t recall what synth that was at the moment.
Continua
Butter Synth
MiRack
Audulus
Factory (sugar bytes)
If it’s just LFOs to destinations, almost any synth plus mLFO (Au w 16 lfos) will do
Not for iPhone though (except ButterSynth, soon)
Not just LFOs, accelerometer too, so you can wiggle it
Damn I just skipped over the phone requirement
Look into Shaper - Synthesizer if you want the best modulation experience. Pretty much every knob can be controlled, and modulations are very easy to set up with drag and drop.
Obsidian in Nanostudio 2 has five LFOs and five Envelopes and many various synthesis types and a sampler. Shame Obsidian isn't AUv3 and is only the built-in synth, but despite not having audio tracks, Nanostudio 2 is still an excellent app.
That said, once Buttersynth makes it to iPhone, problem solved. ^_^
What about Mitosynth? Not AU but on iPhone/iPad and lots of modulation.
Still works beautifully on the latest iOS as well.
+1 for Obsidian, its modulation system is exceptional.
Another great mod matrix including oscillators as a source, going into the audio range, can be found in Zeeon. Not many synths can do that.
LAYr
miRack works also on iPhone

Oh right! I'd forgotten
Mitosynth would be my vote too, great mod system.

You can add as many LFOs in Mela 4 as you need
it’s not just about number but also what they are capable of .. the lfo shaping abilities are pretty huge and you can even modulate LFO rate by itself (same lfo modulates own rate and even can modulate amount of that modulation.. pure madness)
it has also idependent mod sources “rand1” and “rand2” which is something for what you usually on other synths need use lfo in sample&hold mode - here you can save LFO cause you can directly use “rand” as mod source (it generates for every new voice random value)

You can always add LFOs using utility app like MidiLFOs or mLFO.

Yes, Mela 4 works with Cubasis 3 and all other AUv3 hosts.
Mela 4 is a modular synth, currently with 1 note polyphony unless you program your patches creatively with one-finger chords etc.
