Which USB Audio+MIDI Interface(s) for my iPad & Windows 11 Laptop?
Would you buy 2 USB interfaces, one for each iPad & Windows 11 laptop, or a single iConnectivity Audio4C, which can be the audio interface for both the iPad & Windows laptop simultaneously?
My current audio interfaces (Audiobox USB96 & MOTU Audio Express) are lacking in various ways so I need to upgrade.
I had a Audio4+ and MIDI4+ years ago and was familiar with iConfig, but it looks like Auricle and ReConfigAudio are the best options these days? Does iConfig work reliably with the Audio4C?
I also like to switch from hardware monitoring to recording the I/O easily and I'm not sure if Auricle/iConfig would be able to switch from monitoring the inputs (thru the audio interface's mixer) to recording them (when monitoring needs to be off) quickly.
My iPad is a 2017 10.5" Pro and my Windows 11 laptop is a MSI gaming laptop.
