Steel Guitar Pro and Atom Piano Roll issues

I just bought Steel Guitar Pro. I love the app, but I have some issues when using it with APR, as you can see from the video I am attaching here.
I am using a standard tuning, and playing a simple scale (c,d,e, f#, g, a). I have APR connected to record those notes as I play them. These are the problems I encounter when I do that:
1) The recording of notes on APR does not match my playing. You can see that when I play the first note on SGP the playhead on APT is located on 1.3, yet the note is drawn almost 2 bars later (closer to bar 3) (!?!)
2) The notes drawn on APR are all e, though I am playing a scale (i.e. (c,d,e, f#, g, a)
3) That e is considered e-1 on APR (those notes should be c2, d2 etc, if we consider a guitar). If I play notes that have a lower pitch than those I played I am not even able to see those notes on APR (i.e. they go below C-1)
4) When I invert the connections, so now APR is not receiving any inputs but SGP receives input from APR (so it is receiving the same notes that were recorded) it sounds terrible.
Any input / suggestions as to how to fix some of these problems?

Do you have quantization turned on in Atom? If do. Turn it off.
I suggest, using a midi monitor to check what notes still guitar is sending and then compare to what Atom sends back.

It makes no difference whether quantization is on or off unfortunately, all of the issues I found persist.
Midispy shows that the only note coming put of SGP is note 4 (so e-1). Same for notes recorded in APR. What I forgot to mention is that if I unfold the piano por APR and play other notes on that piano (c2 or whatever) the sound coming from SGP is fine. If I use the piano to record, the recording is still not on time (so this is perhaps an APR problem), so if I start playing at bar 1 the recorded notes will appear later on on the grid. But the sound is OK.
Are you intending to have Atom scaling the tempo? The reason that things are out of time is that you have tempo scaling set to 0.75 rather than 1.
Check the MIDI mode that is on in Atom.
For the note issues, compare the notes going into Atom with the notes going out (using a MIDI monitor) both the note numbers and the channel. If they aren't the same, then there may be an issue in how you have Atom set up.

Thanks for pointing that out! That did solve the recording in different bars (my point 1), but none of the other points. GSP sends a midi note 4 on Ch16, regardless of what note I play on the guitar. ATP records those notes as e-1, and those are also note 4 on Ch16. Now, if I press that note (e-1) on the piano roll of APR, what I get is a note 4 but this time on channel 1 (and it sounds fine in GSP). If I change that channel from APR so now the notes are triggered from Ch16, GSP still sounds garbled.
