It’s a mystery! The sound of an ATM emulation auv3 something.
Oh Caelum, give us a better hint. Lol.
Apple don't seem to be happy with it!
Ugh, stupid Apple.
Is it a crypto mining app?
I think I know now, it’s Caelum Beat Breaker. From the video it sounds like gated filter sweep but it’s actually an advanced, more intuitive Caelum version of Beat Breaker. That's why Apple is hesitant. Money from video represents Apple's greed. 😉
A really kick butt version of flux pro…?
Cuz I already love flux pro a lot.
It’s kinda iOS’ version of infiltrator, pancake, and movement…just not as great ….yet
This is a very intriguing clue. I just don’t know which way to go with it…
I'm thinking it's a binaural panner AUv3 that matches the functionality of Logic Pro for Mac's own binaural panner. LP4i doesn't have its big sibling's binaural panner yet, and I suspect Apple wants to dissuade @CaelumAudio from releasing theirs. Probably some "conflict of interest" rubbish from Apple perhaps since if @CaelumAudio 's app is indeed a binaural panner, it could present a conflict of interest. Meaning that it can be used in any AUv3 host on iPad rather than exclusive to LP4i.
All that blather to say - my guess is "binaural panner".
Hard for me to see Apple rejecting an app because it competes with a Logic feature. If someone picks up a 3rd party plugin to use with Logic, that’s just more App Store revenue for them. And having plugins like that, that fill a gap in iPad Logic, may convince someone who’s on the fence because they really want that feature to take the plunge and get Logic.
Anyway, I’m no expert, but I suspect that if we ever get to hear what Apple’s objection was it’ll be something nonsensical. That’s the magic of the App Store! You can never predict why your app will be rejected 🙂
Well, can't blame me for trying to make a guess. I have binaural panners on the brain. 😆
Precisely. 😆 You never know what Apple is thinking
Agreed, Apple can't block apps that compete with features in Logic Pro, that's a ridiculous idea. What, no more keyboard apps, physical modeling synths, EQs, piano rolls, samplers allowed? Come on 😂. It will just have been some inane reason for rejection, as it usually is
VST wrapper
It would be game over for my wallet
I like it!
