Devs - Can you make a binaural AuV3 like Mac Logic's Binaural Panner?
I tried Google, and failed to find the answers I'm looking for.
Basic dumb question - are there any AUv3s that use binaural panning?
EDIT: I basically answered my own question. Looks like "True Pan" is the winner here, and so I'll be exploring Youtube videos by @Gavinski @sfm @Jamie_Mallender and @thesoundtestroom to see how to operate this thing, lol.
EDIT 2: Changed the thread title. See below.

What about this one:

Dude, I'm embarrassed to say I forgot about that one, lol. Checking it out now.
Edit: It crashed in NS2. Didn't ruin my project any. Just killed the sound until I removed it and reset the project without saving.
Devs @brambos @4pockets_paul @4Pockets @4Pockets_Support @CaelumAudio and others...
May I make a request? Can you develop a binaural panner AUv3 like as found in Logic Pro on Mac?
Thank you.
Sound quality on that one is no match for True Pan, not even close, unfortunately. True Pan is the way!
True Pan definitely is the dogs nuts innit mate? I'll definitely continue to watch more demo vids of it tomorrow, including yours. Then I'll try something with it in NS2, some sort of Ambient something or other.
Binaural Location also crashed in NS2. True Pan seems far more stable. I just gotta learn to tame the beast as it were.
True Pan is one of my favorite releases lately. I love messing with the stereo field and it’s perfect for that. There’s also The AudioModern app.
I have True Pan but not Binaural Location so thanks for the quality reference. I find it interesting that you can place audio in specific locations which actually seems to be more in line with the term binaural than simply panning the signal. That's why I suggested it in the first place.
I may not understand the Logics way of doing Binaural Panning, but, it seems to me that this one can do the job - I have had this app for many year - VirtualRoom AU -
Look at this video, and it may be something for you...
EDIT: of course can every parameter in VirtualRoom AU be automated in Logic Pro for iPad...
Yeah, with True pan you can position things at any point in 360 degrees but I don't think there's control over how close or far something sounds, so Binaural Location has an advantage there
The app I suggested, VirtualRoom AU, what’s the difference between Binaural Pan and VirtualRooms way to move the listener and Left/Right speaker in all directions, Z X and Y?
I second Virtual Room Pro AU. Very good. I don’t know the difference from Binaural Location other than it sounds better.
Yeah, VirtualRoom AU sounds great, and, interesting to automate all the parameters…
Does Virtual Room allow seemless real time moving of all the sliders etc without any artifacts? I'm a sucker for panning apps!
I'm starting to become a sucker for panning apps too, binaural in particular, lol. Listening to "Amazônia" both in stereo and binaural was one of those really life-changing moments for me in regards to my musical creativity, no cap.
