Hey Joe! I was trying for a live jam feel. I hope it worked! Thanks for listening.

  • Awe yes. This is so chill, but like a good kind of chill. Not a lo-fi chill, or a smooth jazz chill, nor a down tempo chill, or a house music chill. This is also the first time I heard you ditch the guitar. I like it.

How about “New Chill”? I saw Jack DeJohnette at the Jazz Showcase in Chicago about 30 years ago and he did a set of material like this. I still remember it. This is a poor attempt to simulate it, but it was fun. I am happy you enjoyed it. Thank you for listening!

  • Really liked the bass and drums on this one 😊

  • I really love the first drum beat appearing around 0:30. It sounds awesome and keep the track going!

  • Very good, would fit well in a film noir.

  • @GeoTony Thanks Tony. I have been listening to your backing track challenge. I don't think there is much I could add at this point. It's going very well. I will keep listening.
