Novation launchkey cannot connect to Aum

Been trying to connect my launch key 49 to Aum but it doesn't work, tried to unplug and plug, tried in other dates and all good, somehow it's not in aum

    Did you update the firmware of your LK to and AUM to the latest version?

    Are you saying other apps see the input from the Launchkey but AUM doesn’t?

    I am confused, because the screenshot shows AUM seeing the Launchkey as a MIDI source.

    Seeing your post reminds me I had something strange with my launchkey 61 mk3 yesterday:

    I was trying to MIDI map some faders as controls to miRack and wasn’t working, tried everything… until I realized AUM was not receiving MIDI from the launchkey (no Ccs but no notes either) but showed both MIDI and DAW ports as in your screenshoots.
    Disconnected launchkey USB from the USB hub and reconnect again, without closing AUM and then worked. I thought would be something related to a bad USB connection but reading your experience maybe something is broken with new AUM update?? This was the first time connecting launchkey since updating AUM….

    So in my experience, every time i connect my midi keyboard i have to go to midi routing and choose my keyboard, same goes when i change Auv3 on same channel. Idk if it's normal or happening to you as well

    I use several Launchkey MK3's with AUM in an almost permanent setup. I haven't experienced any issues.

    The only difference being that I have not upgraded to iOS 16.

    Another ticket I commented on was having MIDI issues on iOS 16 that I was not experiencing with 15.
