Once in a while I need to convert a word document to PDF. Any good free or cheap solution ?

    Open in Pages, export as PDF. It’s a while since I did it, so you’ll have to hunt for it in the menu. Pages is free, unless your iPad or iPhone is really, really old.

    That sounds like the Mac version. Just had a look on iOS and it’s in the share menu: Export and Send.

    You can change the format in safari to pdf before you share it with an app too

    Just hit that options button
