I posted this last month but pulled it. I didn’t like my melody. I deleted those tracks and hope someone will come up with something better. It’s available for download if anyone is interested.
Funny one this one, the first half I was thinking, will I stay to the end ? The second half I thought something is happening here that sounds interesting and at the end I thought it was a shame it finished too early 🤨
Restful, relaxed with lovely musical textures. It might be me, but there’s a high frequency throughout which I don’t like…not sure what instrument it is, and it might be me but I’d enjoy it more if that wasn’t there? Sorry if this isn’t helpful, just being honest. Otherwise it’s a lovely piece of music.

Hi Bill. I have to agree with you about that. I usually wait a day or two before posting, but I must have been in a hurry. I find that my ears get fatigued after dozens of listens and don’t hear it until I give them a rest. I’ll probably do a remix this weekend unless the boss has other plans for me. Hi Paul, sounds great! Just looked at the list of apps you used to make this - I don’t have one of those and no clue how you made the track. But that’s the great thing on this forum - a huge range of approaches to making music and discovering new things. By that very token this weekend I’ve become a Piano Motifs fanboy for the very first time.

I think you will enjoy working (playing) with Piano Motifs. @azul3D_Apps has really created something useful. The MIDI out feature is wonderful since you can audition the music in various synth apps. Whenever I am struggling to come up with something new, Piano Motifs always delivers. You don’t seem to have difficulty coming up with great musical ideas, but if you ever do, it will certainly help.
I just listened to Weight Of Expectations and love it. I like how you mix different moods within the same song and make it work. You are a composer!

I often struggle to come up with ideas - now and again we all need something to kick start a new piece, and I can see how PM fits right in that box. I was pleased to record Weight Of Expectation 100% on my iPad which I know is what you do, but it’s rarer for me. I still think the mix needs a bit of tweaking on the desktop before it’s “release ready” 😂. Thanks again for listening and your comments, it really means a lot to me.
