Great improvisation. I am about to purchase Pianoteq stage and initially thought I would go with Steinway but the more I demo the more I think Petrof is the right one for me.
Hi JanKun,
Thanks a lot for your comment!
The Petrof is indeed lovely.
Really like your (non)tonality!
Many thanks!
The Petrof gets ranked #1 buy the users of the app on the Modartt Forum… then the Steinway.
@Zvon: I enjoyed watching the red notes in the video and trying to figure out the harmony of your improve.
I couldn’t do it. Then I noticed the chord display in the app and being told the chords that it detected it also didn’t
Help. I admire those players that can hear the music as it goes by and process the structure.
Thanks for posting your work. I just love these PianoTeq instruments and the ability to tweak them. Expensive but Worth the investment. I haven’t opened another keyboard app since it came out.
You can push the parameters so hard it doesn’t even sound like a piano, or harp, or guitar, or whatever you end up buying.
Cool, so it means my ears are still working ! After the stage upgrade, I think I will go for the standard. Waiting for their usual august sale on the standard upgrade. I don't think the pro is worth it. Probably great to be able to edit note per note every available parameters, but overkill for me. And the access to thousands of overtone seems to be a leathal rabbit hole. better to get standard and then purchase on a per instrument basis. At least that's how I understood one of your statements few months back
Good plan. Don’t forget you can use anything including Pro for 20 minutes at a session.
Thanks McD, glad you enjoyed the piece!
Pianoteq is fantastic, I love it. It helps when improvising, tone is alive and responds to the playing.
New improv added, I played it just after the previous one.
