Thanks Doug...👍
Thank you!
I’ll watch this later this evening. It’s one of those apps I always think I haven’t explored in enough detail.
Very nice! Ahh, I really do need to spend more time with Spacecraft. Borderlands too.
I sense that your video has subversive intentions Doug. Why would you make this now? Unless of course the new version will drop any day now??!! 😃
Great video! Thx for that.
I'm a big fan of Spacecraft and of Doug's videos. Good thread!
@Blipsford_Baubie Honestly, I have no idea when or if a new version is coming to iOS.
I have heard that there is a version 2 coming soon, but 🤷♂️
I made the video because me and Jo are doing a lot of field recordings, so I’m going through all the apps that are great for samples.
I’m going to be doing more with Samplr, Koala, Sample Alchemy, Quick Sampler and a really in depth look at NEON Audio Editor, which, so far, is hands down the best audio editor for field recordings ever, seriously, NEON is just perfect.
Ooh, Tardigrain and Borderlands are two more that I will definitely make more videos for.
There must be loads more.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
@thesoundtestroom
Can you load more than one file at a time in Neon? I would want to edit a file in relation to another file I've already trimmed for looping.
The upcoming thingy by froggolab looks like it will be great for field recordings. Otherwise noises and fieldscaper immediately come to mind.

@sevenape Yes, of course, FieldScaper & Noises, perfect, thanks.
SoundScaper would be cool too I think.
That new app you mention also looks great, I’ll definitely be getting that.
@abf You can load multiple files at one but not on separate tracks, you can append files and/or merge them together.
