At last!!! 🤩🤩🤩 To be used on my next track!
Boom!
$9.99 in the states. Wonder what regular pricing will be.
In a couple years, it’ll be like laptop, what?
Thanks, my bad.
Wow! It must be Lo-Fi Thursday.
I’m hopeful for a Hi-Fi Friday. I seem to be able to generate Lo-Fi just with poor mixing skills .
Price is good.
😂
I wonder if 1 day B&W TV will trend.
That would be funny! So many post B&W people would be confused 🙃 especially if tv went off at midnight.
What does it do better than the many plugins that we have that do similar thing ?
Yesssss. I’m a huge fan of BA’s ability to streamline effects into a tight, fast, and easy to use package. I know the era of lo-fi/80s obsession is coming to an end, and probably well overdue, but I’ll still never forget that VHS sound and love throwing this on a synth and playing for a little nostalgia tripping.
Big thanks to Baby Audio for the VHS Synth chart boost today.
If more companies could release apps with the word "VHS" in them, we'd really be in business. Keep 'em coming! 😂 😂
Nice one! > @oat_phipps said:
This is generally true but the mix and out sliders, especially the out slider, is extremely temperamental so you might find it actually hard, very hard, to dial those two in accurately while performing live. I've reported this to BA and they agree, do hopefully a fix will come
Super good and really useful. BabyAudio is great.
Awesome 🤣
I’m not much of a Lo-Fi lover but I purchased this and I applied it on the Master Bus for something I got a lot of positive feedback on and it made it sound a lot more interesting… especially the “Heat” dial which add tape saturation. The Magic button which adds a Juno chorus effect was also a surprize. Then I added little static and I liked it. I added just a touch of “Shaper” which adds 8-bit tone destroyer and in this case it adds these high end sparkles that I also liked. “Wash” which emulates the cheap reverb hardware (Radio Shack Bucket-brigade?) and that was rejected by me. Drift was an obvious change in speed control like the Wobble in the new “Artifacts” app can provide. But Drift seemed to add something too.
It’s made me a believer that sometimes… less is more.
