Fabfilter pro-c

Two conspiring events happened and I purchased pro-c for auria. I saw a video on YouTube that made me realize it had an internal side chain to compress only a certain frequency range (and demonstrated some uses very clearly) and we got a very nice tip at my wedding gig today. Man, this is a great compressor, lots of options but you don't get lost in them, easy to get good results quickly.

    Indeed! :) I love all the fabfilter plugins! If u like Pro-C, u may also like Saturn - it's a saturation effect that let's u do subtle or hard distortion to a band of frequency, or the entire spectrum! But yeah, one of the reasons I'm not on the forum so much is the fabfilter stuff!

    I love fabfilter sufficiently that it pisses me off that everyone has access to it as well. It's like special sauce in a bucket.

    @mrufino1 I'm sure I could Google a variety of sidechain videos, but as yours sounded good, I would love a link if you can find it again easily enough.

    You're welcome. I have a monthly streaming pass to the groove 3 site at the moment and it is money well spent.
