SmashCut Visual Synth released
The SmashCut update is rolling into the app stores now. This version has an IAP to remove a watermark (and the IAP will be free until the end of the month). Thanks to all the folks who helped with the beta testing!
It's kind of a weird app, hopefully people will dig it.

Nice! Now if only Syphon could get released for ipad and we could mix this together with Imaginando's VS GL stuff, all on ipad!
Nice update. Thanks! Pretty easy to get up and running quickly.
Haven’t tried yet but the ability to use your phone as a controller for the iPad is a great idea.
Quick off topic thought, @SecretBaseDesign i was having issues with AUv3 wireless, I think it was the receive side, the app logo in AUM was covered in a red filter and it said something. It’s been a few weeks and at least one update so maybe something changed. I’ve been meaning to mention this to you. Hopefully this does not diminish the achievement of the new Smashcut Visual Synth, not at all my intention, congratulations on that! Let me run another test and get back to you to confirm the issue and provide specifics. Cheers!
In the video there's "Something/Anything" in the background...nice!
Good eye! I've been ripping my old vinyl into MP3s, and that was one of the recent conversions.
@SecretBaseDesign : this may be exactly what I’ve looking for, a way to make quick, but interesting visuals. I’ll let this loose on some curated stock footage for my next YouTube drone vid, and see how it turns out. Thanks!
