Behringer K-2 (MS-20 clone) new for US$199, but on backorder, at Sweetwater and Adorama
The title says it all. Adorama might be less familiar than Sweetwater, but I've had good experiences with Adorama several times (including a Fender bass and a backordered Fender cable).
I don't have a K-2, but there are lots of reviews online. This guy is thorough and candid:

I got my K-2 over three years ago and still love playing it. Behringer synths are a mixed bag. Some are not great, but this one is definitely on the winning side. Be aware that in case you want to pair it with Eurorack the main input CV is Hz/V and not V/Octave. This is not a Behringer but an MS-20 quirk. No problem with MIDI, and if you want to follow the tradition you get it with a Korg SQ-1 sequencer.
