Mcp sample player app with a per-pad note repeat?
Looking for both iOS and android suggestions (android preferred since it's on me at all times, but if not, the iPad can work)
I've started using koala for this, but setup is tedious
First 8 pads I want for high hats on 1/4 note repeat for first pad, 1/8 note for second, etc (ok, like first 7 pads, really)
But then there will be say, the last 3 pads for bass, snare, crash, none with beat repeat
As of now, I have to make quarter/eighth/8t/etc using stutter, sample back to a new pad, count out the hits in the visualizer and crop down to a 'one measure' clip
Aaaaand if I want to use other sounds, gotta start the process fresh
Any portable options for more of a drag and drop method? Or even a per-pad-note repeat option?
(I've tried a few, like koala and mpc machine, but it's all or nothing if note repeat or similar is available)

Beatmaker 3?
Oof while Beatmaker may contain that, that's got a LOT more than I'm looking for. But I appreciate the response
I found a mozaic patch that (I think?) does it, but I'd HAVE to route thru a DAW [loopy pro, in my specific case] to make it work. I'm curious about a standalone option, preferably on the cheaper side, but if its exactly what I'm looking for, price isnt a deal breaker
But again, thank you!
EG Pulse can do this but only from 1/8-1/64 so no quarter notes. Price and simplicity wise it’s the only one I can think of that’s AU.
Dawnbeat can do it but it was a weird implementation that doesn’t really give you exact timing.
The free Beat Machine has it but only quarter through sixteenth notes. Hypertron does but it’s also an entire groovebox. Free to try though. DrumJam can kinda do it, Abelton Note can do it, Beatsurfing, Launchpad. Vatanator Pro as well but it’s similar to BM3.
That’s all I can think of right off hand. This is excluding sequencer apps but I think Cykle, Octachron, and a couple others can do it. Also effects like Looperator, Popsicle, Glitchcore, Flytape, etc.
Also have you tried Koala FX?
