Nice work. I love so many of the free Decent Sampler instruments. Venus Theory Chimera which is free in the apps store and available in a full version for $40 I think.

I think we should have an active thread showing off Decent Sampler instruments.

I put the RJS Guitar through the OverLoud TH-U Amp Sim and it really sounds great. Any amp sim would benefit the results.

Keep sharing your findings and demo’ing their beauty.

It was a revelation to me that I discovered from the thread below that you can use the much greater range of free Decent Sampler instruments available directly from the website by unzipping the files and changing the file extender:

Essentially, you need to unzip the downloaded files, and change the suffix to “.dslibrary”, then find the files from within the app.

Yes the Venus Theory samples are excellent, don’t appear to have Chimera so thanks for the tip.
There’s a whole new world out there waiting for us to explore 😊

Very mellow and pleasant to listen to. I just picked up Decent Sampler based on this. It’s a perfect match for Piano Motifs. I will be spending the rest of the day with both.
