Syntorial 2 pricing
I was looking forward to buy Syntorial 2 but something about the prices is really off. If you buy it on the website it says it's available on all platforms (iPad included) and costs 80€. If you try to purchase it as IAP on the iPad the price is 149€ ?!
What is this? Am I missing something or it's just marketing?
Comments
I don’t know if you have some upgrade pricing available or discount for any reason, but other than that, it’s pretty much what it is.
For me it shows 148,99 € on the website, and unlocks all platforms.
The iOS IAP is mainly a convenience for some, but it unlocks only iOS access and usually has fewer or no sales, partly due to the fees Apple charges of the sellers.
I have absolutely no idea why but the prices are different. Well then I'll just go for it while it's almost half price then lol
Also thanks for explaining the IAP difference, I would really like to have multi platform access.
I'm also seeing the full price on the website (£128.99), though you might see an upgrade price if you have Syntorial 1 and have logged into your existing account. But the discrepancy with iOS IAP pricing is longstanding: every time there's a sale, it's only available via the website, and then you get a code for the iOS version.
Just to be sure: @unlink the price you see is at syntorial.com? If so, it is all good.
Yes it is, thank you.
I bought Syntorial 1 a year ago from the website to use it on the iPad. As far as I remember the difference was something like 200$ as IAP and 40$ on the website
