Roland E.Pianos

I am interested in the electric pianos from Roland. Mainly Tremolo and Vintage models…dreamy and chorusy ones… Which iOS app would you recommend ? I am
Looking for Roland , because I tried a few of their digital pianos and I like how they sound.

Comments

  • I am afraid there is no Roland app nor emulation here on iOS.
For dreamy EPs, maybe you should go with Gospel Musicians PSP with expansion packs. You have « FM Tines » and the last Yamaha EX5 emulation (« blue beast ») which do the job.

  • Thanks ! I will take a look

  • Zenbeats has some Roland electric pianos.

  • Wish they were outside of Zenbeats . Maybe I’ll look into Korg module> @purpan2 said:

Oh yes, I forgot about Zenbeats…

  • For the last few weeks I’ve been using the pianos and electric pianos in my JV1080 for practice. They’re still surprisingly good.

  • Sampling them with your favorite sampling app is probably the easiest way to have them ready in any DAW.

Zenbeats itself has some of the best collection of pianos, has Roland e pianos and a couple of real pianos. I didn’t realize it until I bought it but Zb3 has a lot more to it than it seems. I’m glad to finally found my DAW (the max unlock is probably insane)

*Audiokit Retro Piano has a beautiful e piano for like $3 I think it was

  • Electric Vintage by Apesoft is pretty good too. I really enjoy playing this one.

  • Good source for some Roland pianos can be MKSensation Xtreme by MIDIculous LLC/Gospel Musicians LLC. Big load, but can do a lot of things.

Are you looking for more realistic electric pianos or more synthy ones? There’s lots of both on iOS but Tal U NO is the only emulation of a Roland synth that’s standalone. Syntronik has a couple as well.

Outside of that you’ll have to get Zenbeats. Unless you’re willing to explore other options.
