Where's the store? Under settings I see restore purchases but where is the store?
Gear (settings) -->5th icon from the left (the squiggly line next to Mixer mode) --> Select MIDI...then you should be prompted to purchase.

Yes, you "purchase" it from the instrument menu--- shortcut is to press on the instrument selector (the three colored wheel) and then choose MIDI.

From the instructions above, selecting MIDI only shows Network Session and Virtual MIDI. No prompt.
