  • Amazing! Thanks for these. Once I can afford to get 'em, I'll analyse these to be able to replicate them and then start building my own sounds for my own tracks. ^_^

  • Damn awesome. Gonna see if I manage to purchase it here.
Does it come with the talent to drop bangers?
Just kidding, but I gotta admit I gotta do it like @jwmmakerofmusic and try to study genres

  • @dendy maybe share us a sample instrument rack over on Patchstorage?

  • Super Cool. Will check it out tomorrow. Thanks @dendy 👊🏼🎚️

  • It’s always impressive to see what can be created in Drambo. It’s worth getting just to study the internal workings of these instruments since Drambo is so modular.

  • thanks.. i hope it spawns some original new music.. i designed those primary for psy nut that doesn't mean they aren't usable in other genres.. my main goal is that even any random knobs tweaks always get some usable sound :-)

hm... now when you are asking, i think i am using Waves extension in at least 2 or 3 instruments ...

You should buy this extension anyway, regardless of if you want my pack, cause the wavetable oscillator innit is absolutely stellar. Amazing quality and versatility. Included modules which are adding more wave shaping options to basic wt oscillator are just fantastic... @giku_beepstreet is DSP magician.

  • thanks for the info!

  • that's true, i will get them anyway. also the formants.

  • New, completely reworked from scratch, 303 “clone” for my pack. I am much more satisfied now :-) Still far away from perfect, maybe room for V3 :-)

Will be uploaded to Gumroad tomorrow (of course as free update for those who already bought pack)

Damn @dendy you are a machine. One with a squelch setting. I'm gonna pick this up because I think I can basically try to figure out how to write this style of music and all I gotta do is use your pack to do it. Is there a template in there so I can be super lazy?

🤣 what you see in YT is full project you get, including melodies, so you can start from there

also thinking about creating some form of randomizer for generating melodies (midi data), but first i need study Drambo more, still not sure if something like that is possible (i think it should be) …

I’ve been thinking of melody generation myself, started a thread for auto bass on beepstreet forum, but I got derailed
That m1sha project by @ZhouJing is stellar. I learned a lot from it already, although a lot of it still goes over my head. Their usage of graphic modulators as lookup tables, and also the creative ways to monitor using switch n-1 is just amazing
I am working on a monophonic interval thing myself, but it’s gonna take some time.
Hook me up if you wanna brainstorm or something

    Pack updated on Gumroad

    https://dendy.gumroad.com/l/drambopsytrancetools

If you bough it before, just redownload it and you find new project file "1.1" which contains everything what previous one with additional "Acid v2" instruments.

Also if anybody has idea what kind of instrument i should include (except of sample based, i want to aim this pack just on synth aspect, or FXs), let me know and i will think about it.

Good to hear i am not only one thinking in this direction, means it makes sense :)

  • I picked up your pack mostly to have a quality set of Drambo instruments to study.

I picked up some Koala packs too in the last couple days. I can see how this could be addictive.
Thankfully, Paypal handles conversion of $’s to EU’s.

Lol, basically random noise without any deeper structure or meaning .. Music generating AI are still a lot behind image or text generaring AI .. No wonder, music is (for brain to process and analyse) way most complex abstract structure, when compared for example to visual structures …

 Dude... I was fearful it would sound better than what I do
Glad it isn't... pure chaos indeed.
Also... thats a 5 word genre. Of course it would be chaotic

  • As a side note, after a busy week, finally got the pack yesterday. And as a bonus got the Hilda one too.
Today is a busy day, but tomorrow i'll have some fun.
    Thanks for creating these, @dendy
