App for Collaborative Project Management??

Looking for a collaborative app, that can act as a virtual mood board / project planner.

Something that you can add pictures to, music clips, text boxes, calender, deadlines, social media metrics etc etc... Would be great if it is customizable, can have hyperlinks or social media within app etc.

Any suggestions?

Starting a new project with an artist, something like 15 songs over the next year or two, want to make sure we start off with a clear game plan

    App or website etc, anything really. Im aware of a few like Asana, Trello etc, but looking for more suggestions before i decide on one.

    Trello is good. Been a few years since I used it but I think it does most or maybe all you're looking for. For a collaborative whiteboard, probably Freeform by Apple​ ​is a good choice, though again you'd need to check how much functionality it has, I downloaded it but haven't really exploded it.

    Check out Monday.com. Simple to use and get used to. I helped run a multimedia company using it. It has a white board type thing as well, but the more powerful one to use is Miro (or Mural)

    Miro or Mural might be right up your alley. They both have mood board templates. Each follows the ‘sticky note’ metaphor…

    I think Figma might be what you're looking for. Online only collaboration is a tough thing to do well, but this site is fairly flexible.

    Figma + plugins might work, but could be too much work to get it to that point. Milanote is worth a look for a all in one creative project management solution and mood board hybrid.

    But I’ve seen this sort of scheme on other forums recently
    Answer looks sensible enough but then there’s a totally unrelated link (usually you can tell if you pay attention to the link, and also if you’re somewhat familiar, you can totally notice its chatgpt, because of subtle ways it is written)
    but these scammers will only get more sophisticated, so be mindful of where you click
