    I can understand the analogy with BoC aforementioned (though I never find them depressing)

    Yes this is one of the tracks I used pure acid’s multi-output on.

    I agree that the majority of it is not depressing. I like them because they walk a fine line of cold, stark, warm

    Seriously, I was fortunate to have two older brothers growing up that had “classic rock” on heavy rotation.
    Thanks for the link. Cool to see/hear what they were like live. I also remember the movie Dazed and Confused felt the need to interject a BOC live performance in there somehow. That tells me they must have been good/fun concerts.

    They were really good… and loud. Saw them at the Aragon Ballroom early seventies. Saw lots of great bands there. Elephant’s Memory, Wishbone Ash, Quicksilver Messenger Service. Me and my buddy got robbed in the parking lot at that last one!
