Drambo and Patterning2 in AUM question

If I have Drambo and Patterning2 hosted inside AUM, with Drambo as my main sequencer with multiple scenes, Is there a way for Drambo to trigger Patterning2 to change patterns to correspond with scene changes in Drambo?

In other words, can I make Patterning2 switch patterns when I switch scenes in Drambo?

  • Patterning has midi learn for pattern changes. So you just need to get midi out from Drambo routed successfully to Patterning. In AUM make a routing between Drambo and patterning. To be safe, filter so that Patterning is only responding to one midi channel.

Set up a Drambo track to control Patterning. This track only needs to have a midi out module set to Midi Out and the same channel mentioned above.

Now go to the song tab in Patterning and engage midi learn. Tap a pattern, then go to the drambo track and play the note you want for that pattern. It should register in Patterning. That's the note you're going to put into the Drambo pattern to trigger the pattern change when you want it. Repeat, mapping a new note for each pattern.
