ClickyPerc

First piece with Lines.

So I have Lines generating the percussive clicks that are pinging the MoogerFooger phaser via the MoogerFooger delay (and the MF delay’s LFO is modulating the sweep on the MF phaser). I have a nice drone in Hilda that gets fed into Lines after a while, which then interacts with the the feedback etc in Lines, while I fiddle about with the controls. All of which gets piped through the AudioThing Springs reverb.

I have a second channel, where I’ve bussed the output from Hilda into Fluss for a little granular variation towards the end.

So a symphony of Hainbach/AudioThing/Bram Bos/Moog apps joined up in AUM, screen recorded, and the video finished in LumaFusion.

  • I like that percussive pattern… there are these Hawaiian Wooden drums that sounded a lot like that in my youth. I’ve always like that natural wood drum sound. There’s a Preset in Tera Pro with the FM IAP I think that nails the sound too.

Thanks! I’ve obviously been watching too much Hainbach - my immediate thought on finding out that this does clicks was to ping a phaser with them 🤣

Lines is remarkable, though. All sorts of strange and unexpected stuff comes out of it,
