Lumbeats Indian Drummer.

Like the sound of this, but it's rather expensive. Are there any other good alternatives for indian sounds in general as well as drums? I enjoy a lot of cultural sounds like this so all suggestions welcome folks.

  • I wonder if there will be any Lumbeat sales this year during BF.

  • Try Taqs.im ; they are the only other company that does Arabic rhythms so maybe they have a few Indian packs I assume

  • Hey try Drumjam, its not AUV3 but plays very well in AUM - there's loads of sounds to explore.

  • BeatHawk India pack has lots of Indian percussion loops and some instruments.
GeoShred has some excellent instruments, used a lot by Indian musicians.

AFAIK.. None does what it/they do, ‘Send and Receive Grooves’ (Groove Lock).. In other word, how do you want your Indian Drummer today.. Hip Hop, Funky, etc.? With just the press of a button…
    Must have other Lumbeat Drummers..

  • DrumJam and iTabla are the best alternatives. Neither is programmable though, and iTabla lacks any inter connectivity.

  • Looks like SwarPlug is no longer in the AppStore. That one had some decent variety of sounds.

Could be that it’s temporarily off the store for now for some reason or only in certain countries.
