multicam video rig for band, and concert, auditions
I’m looking for a multicam solution for my son’s audition videos.
he has become a very talented tuba player over the last few years, and is getting offers to audition for schools, and band and concerts. our last audition tape was not the greatest.
so i figure it’s time to build a rig. basically i’d like to run a couple cameras, and microphones, and have to all be recorded to his iphone just out of frame. this way he can do multiple takes if needed and then email the tape off to whomever needs it
does anyone have any suggestions on affordable video rigs that would work?

i think what would be nice is if he could hold his phone, and press record and stop on his phone, and have one or two cameras on tripods. the. he can multiple takes without having to leave hit chair
and reframe himself in the camera
And if you don't have enough phones available, just ask some friends if you can borrow theirs, take the video and then assemble it all in your video editing platform of choice.
