King of Digital demo
Came out of hibernation to give Audiokit some support, tho don’t know if @AnalogMatthew or anyone will think it any help. It starts with Pianoteq’s Anton Petrof’s grand. You can skip to around 1:30 for a few King of Digital presets.
I had a couple of glitches, but light years better than D1. Thx, Matthew, lots of great sounds in that box.

Hey! A @LinearLineman sighting! (And sounding)
I broke my rule of listening to creations at least 2 weeks after everybody else for this one… shades of JSB at the beginning … lovely work 👍
Fantastic, and glad to have you back in the game!
Love the sound of those glistening synths mixed with a good piano, reminds me of 80/90s film scores.
Thx @Edward_Alexander. How you doin’, bud?
Rules are made to be pulverized @GeoTony
Thanks for the kind words @HotStrange. King is the first app I’ve bought since the Pianoteq release.
The composition reminded me of the pathos of “Brother Can You Spare a Dime”.
I bought “King of Digital” when I was it existed and started playing through the 900 presets enjoying the re-envisioned synth sounds of the 80-90s from Roland and Korg.
Love the tremolo section! This is a really good demo of what it can do.
Nice! Glad to hear your songs again!
Great stuff, Mike. Thanks for reminding me of this app. I picked it up a long time ago when I was just getting started in this ipad stuff. I was getting everything I could lay my hands on, and I just forgot about it. I recall there were a few bugs, but that’s to be expected with this type of development. I will update later and give it a spin.
Great to hear from you. Hope you two are living large. Have a great day!
@McD, I hear that Brother Can You Spare a Dime vibe. It’s the melodic minor groove, no?
Thx @michael_m @Dav much appreciated. @Paulieworld . All is well. We’re getting on quite well together. Best to you and Karen.
Thanks for the tip about KoD. I originally thought you were referring to D1. I got it yesterday and it’s probably the best 4 bucks I’ve spent in a long time.
Thanks @LinearLineman
That is a beautiful piece. And, I absolutely appreciate the support from you and everyone here. Every sale helps and makes a difference!
Great to hear you again; and on some new instruments to boot.
Yeah; the bluesy Bach from Istanbul.
@Paulieworld glad it got clear for you. Have fun!
You’re welcome @AnalogMatthew. A job well done and some good demos coming out now.
Glad to hear from you @Stochastically. Hope all is well with you and yours.
I immediately downloaded KoD for one reason: it is a 90s style rompler layer synth with a random button. But the random button isn't a real random button. It just selects random presets. 😞
It does sound very good though and fills that rompler niche nicely.
