Zenbeats Midi Routing
I would like to route MidiFX TOOLS such as Fugue or Riffer to different midi channels at the same time. I haven't been able to do that yet. I have already used the tools "Miditools" and "Midiflow" for this, but so far I have only managed to route Fugue in all channels on 4 tracks at the same time with Miditools. But I would like to send the 4 channels separately. Does anyone have any idea how this works?

I want to help you but I get lost in what you want to achieve in the end? As far as I know, there is no way in Roland Zenbeats to divide a MidiFX tool output to different channels if that is the goal. Like the Zenbeats arpeggiator for example, it outputs its commands to the current AUv3 app on that channel. But if it was possible, what do you want it for? I am no MIDI expert, far from it, so you have to bear with me here and explain.
Midiflow is Audiobus only from what I can see and since Roland Zenbeats does not handle Audiobus, only AUv3, that might be why you can’t get it to work at all. Miditools on the other hand is AUv3, so it works but as I wrote, I see no way to split the output.
Do check the Zenbeats 3 thread, https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/50215/zenbeats-version-3#latest, where you will reach more people interested in Roland Zenbeats, maybe someone there will know more.

So far I'm finding that you can route the keyboard or pattern midi from one track to another using the advanced midi settings for the track. But so far it doesn't seem like midi FX output is routable in the same way.
I'm thinking maybe KQ Voice plugins Loopback plugin might work, but I need to brush up on how that one works for MIDI.
I haven’t checked in a year or two, but I remember experiencing a lot of frustration trying to manage midi routing in Zenbeats. And Once I got things figured out I would experience latency or other issues that interrupted my creative workflow.
I much prefer the simplicity / ease of AUM’s midi routing and I really struggle when it cannot be laid out like that…so maybe I’m just spoiled lol
I was able to do this with MIDI Bus from the Midi Tools suite. The key is using mfxStrip to filter all but the channel assigned to each play head.
Set MIDI Bus to Send Post
Set each Fugue Machine playhead to a different midi channel.
In each track that will receive midi, Add MIDI Bus
Set MIDI Bus to Receive Combine or Receive Replace as appropriate
In each track that will receive midi, Add mfxStrip after (below) MIDI Bus.
Set mfxStrip to allow only the midi channel that should play that track
And here's an alternative using the Loopback plugin from KQ Voice Plugins. I prefer this one because the plugin is more actively supported and is compatible with iPhone as well.
Add Fugue Machine as a Midi Plugin
Set each Fugue Machine playhead to a different midi channel
Add Loopback 1 In as an audio effect
Set mfxStrip to allow only the midi channel that should play that track
Another excellent workaround, thanks Wim!
