oops maybe I have wrong idea for Drambo with Logic Pro on a M2 MBA
Hello fine citizens of Drambo world.
Just bought Drambo this second.
I was hoping to use Drambo in Logic Pro on my M2 MacBook Air to sequence some software instruments.
I can load Drambo (midiFX) into a software instrument slot but I cannot get it to play any notes.
I hope Im missing something!
Thoughts and help much appreciated.

Load the midi sequencer project when selecting new in Drambo.
Thanks for the help! I do not get that option. When I click "new" it shows no options under "templates".
Every time I launch an instance of Drambo it asks me for a folder "Drambo" within a folder "on my iPad". I don't have those folders. I created my own as if that would make drambo happy. But there must be some content missing etc?
Drambo has to create and manage its folders. Didn’t you perhaps mess with the folder after installing? In any case since you just installed so won’t lose anything, I would just try a clean reinstall.
Have you launched the stand-alone Drambo at least once? (that is when the folders are created).
Once they care created you can select it from the AUv3.
A good general practice after downloading new apps that contain AUv3's is to launch them at least once.
When running Drambo on the Mac the file locations might be a bit different than on the iPad due to the sand-boxed nature of apps downloaded from the AppStore.
As I don't have any M1 & M2 based Mac at hand I can not assist further...
(Someone running Drambo in a M1 & M2 Mac might be able to assist).
Cheers!
Stupid question but have you hit PLAY in Logic Pro?
Ahhh ok samu thx. I don’t think i had launched it. I will dive back in later today. Thanks again.
Since you've already seen Drambo load in Logic, there's no need to launch it again.
I'm not kidding, I didn't get any audio from Drambo before I hit Play in Logic once.
From then on, it worked as expected.
OK just did a search by date and found the drambo folder created once I launched Drambo! All is well now. Thanks a zillion Samu. Woohoo!
OK thanks rs2000. My prob is I didn't even have any options when trying to load "New". It was looking for a folder that didn't exist. But we are good now. Phew!
Thanks again everybody.
Can i hijack my own thread? I just dont know if my question warrants a new thread:)
I downloaded the buchla music easel from patchstorage. I placed the drmodules and Drproject in my main drambo folder….tried a couple different places to be exact. But when i launch the easel modules in drambo in logic pro osx it freezes the instance of drambo….not totally, but unusable. I have a MBA M2. Anyone experience this type of behavior with patchstorage modules in logic pro osx?
It's playable in standalone
