I found a really good solo piano sound building tutorial with the Ravenscroft piano. Does any one know other tutorials like this one on how to make a good solo piano sound, perhaps using the great iOS effects we have available now?

Wow… I’ll wager @richardyot might have some input. I just keep buying piano apps and pick one that seems to get the job done.
With MIDI you can defer the decision or as you will discover in the future (Nov 2023) layer a couple of the best ones together for “more body”.
