Best midi guitar app? Auv3.
I know there was midi guitar 2 and I think anither one recently… have an old app called midi orphosis
Im thinking of trying out playing some bass sounds from apps with my guitar via a midi guitar app and was wondering what app people recommend?
Perhaps the new one was synth guitar or something like that

Perhaps you’re thinking of this one, which is a lot of fun… https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pd-space-guitar-synthesizer-2/id1545446186
Or this… https://apps.apple.com/us/app/midi-guitar/id523095780
Yeah I think those thanks. I’ve never tried using the guitar to trigger midi
Midimorphosis got upgraded to version 2, I've not tried it for audio to midi yet, but I've been enjoying the pitch detection:

Also A2M nice and straightforward to use:

I believe the MIDImorphosis dev has focused the app on doing a good job creating tab and has said that they would not be surprised if MIDI Guitar 2 was better for real-time synth control.
A2M doesn’t handle polyphony. I don’t know how it compares to MG2 for mono. But MG2 is awfully good.
