Very cool usage and results. Nice visuals too
Very groovy. What do you use for the visuals btw?
Nice combo, music & graphics!
Nice! Bleass Arpeggiator has that Chance control built in, but can't beat the control over probability of individual notes that you can get with midiGATEs, such a useful app.
It’s kind of hard to even think of there being an arpeggiator here at all.
Yeah, very cool indeed. Both sound and imagery. Are you using that rather new Spool app for the video by any chance?
I’m about to grab the new app now. This is fantastic! MidiGates is such a cool and useful app. Pretty underrated too I’d say
beautiful, well done. This arpeggiator looks interesting, just read a review of the PC version.
Lovely work, as usual. So far I’m resisting Bleass Arpeggiator, but it’s slowly becoming inevitable…
Lovely result, sounds really amazing.
Do u have a link to the review?I didn't see any detailed written reviews after doing a quick search, only a article that was basically a rewrite of part of the appstore blurb, cheers
Hey, thanks everyone!
@bluegroove @Pxlhg The visuals are from VS Visual Synthesizer with a little clip of imported stock footage.
Spool looks interesting but I don’t buy anything on a subscription model.
I did the trial but thought it was sort of a copy of JamCam but it's new so a lot can happen, they don't offer one time purchase (JamCam does) so I think I'm with you on that although I do have a few subs presently.
I’m curious about JamCam. Do you have the full version? Is it worth the $65.00?
sorry, it’s not a review, only a short description. Mea culpa, my fault. But here is the article anyway:

I do have the full version and it's cool as you can use midi to control parameters. I helped Isak, the developer, out a bit in the beginning and got it as a gift. Would I pay 65? I want to say yes but I honestly don't know, it takes some time learning. He was hot on making it Auv3 but then we lost contact (about a year ago) which was on me I'm afraid. Sorry for not being helpful at all.
Would he really cool to see it go AUV3. I have the free version and really enjoy it but I’m not sure I could pay $65. Maybe if I’m flush with cash some day. How are you using the full version?
Yeah it sure would although the problem would always be (like with VS) resources, graphics are hungry on those and so are musical apps. I don't know what you can do with the free version but it's a real good start to go through Isak's presets. He likes to use Gate for buttons (hold) to address the various effects in a preset whereas I always use Toggle (time/fade) for each individual buttons on/off. *Edited
Thanks. Some of the presets are very good. I’ve made a couple of small things in the free version that I’ve been happy with also. I honestly didn’t remember it being that expensive. Did the price go up? Or maybe theirs a subscription and I only remember seeing the sub price?
It does sound a bit a high but, Swedish economy is in a bad phase and it's not impossible he has compensated for it.
Ah yeah the worldwide economy sucks right now so I get that. Didn’t m is it was a Swedish company. Thanks for the info though. I’ll probably keep diving into the free version and when I’m ready to actually upload a couple vids down the road I’ll look into the full version.
@HotStrange In the free version are you able to use your own material or is it a sandbox situation?
Sounds really good! Thank you for sharing !
Seeing the subscription prices makes me confused, so cheap compared to the one time and to re-answer your question: I think I would go for it for 9 bucks a year, which I wouldn't notice, rather than cough up 65 which would be quite noticeable. I mean, I hate subscription as much as the next person but that one just got it right, imo.
In the free version I’m able to import my own sounds and videos but I think you’re just not able to use all the filters/can only use 1-2 at a time. There’s a few other limitations but can’t remember exactly what they are. I think the yearly subscription is the price I remember seeing.
@Pxlhg that was my first thought as well. I’m not a big fan of subscriptions but $8.50 a year is totally manageable. That’s almost 8 years before you equal the lifetime purchase. Not bad.
Thanks @JanKun! 🙂
That’s a good point @HotStrange. I’ll probably be dead by then! 🙂
Ha ha, you and me both - see you on the other side 😂😂😂
@Pxlhg See you in synth heaven!
