Riffler Flow: what happened to time signatures?
In the earlier ‘Riffler’, the ‘time’ button provided for all manner of time signatures like 7/8, 15/8 and so on. This functionality, needed for jazz fusion & prog rock not to mention classical Indian music, is not to be found in Riffler Flow, at least not by me. What gives? Has it been transferred somewhere else? Please reinstate it, developers…
Comments
Hi Daev, yes also puzzled by this, maybe email the dev? Not sure whether he checks here. I also sent on some info about bugs and mentioning a few things I felt were missing, and think I mentioned this time signature thing among them. Anyway, the more people ask for it the more likely it is to be added back, I reckon
There are a lot of stuff missing if you compare the two versions, this seem like a light version and totally backwards that it's actually cost more (well, at least what I paid when the first one was released).
If you wanna tag him its (at)jon_bell but I don't think he's coming around here anymore, for whatever reason(?). During the first months of Riffler he was here quite often.
As mentioned it’s best to tag the dev or email them directly. I’m planning on doing the same as there are definitely some features that need to be implemented. Not sure why some features form the original didn’t transfer over.
@jon_bell is the Riffler dev but he’s previously said that he doesn’t have much time for social media but that he does read emails - [email protected]
I’d email him about the 8-bar limitation and the audio bug.
