Cubasis Future Updates

This is really good news for Cubasis fans.

Is there a time frame on next update when we could get animation and some missing goodies.

Hello,

we are aiming for a approximately monthly rhythm for the upcoming updates. Please undersand that I cannot give you a time frame for any features at the moment. We do this to avoid disappointments in case of delays.

Kind regards,

  • Thats really good to hear! Cubasis has the ability to become my favorite Daw in Ios. I find myself using it more and more. I would really love to see automation.

  • Sweet! Animation! LOL
Hopefully the wave views will pulse with the beat... :-)

  • I appreciated the last update with all the bugfixes but now its really time for some progress.Still a lot of superbasic functions missing. And i'm not talking about something bigger like the missing automation or a proper EQ,i mean basic things like a Midi thru function...

  • The people at Steinberg seem very serious about building this Cubasis app. I don't recall another app on a monthly schedule for updates. Sounds like progress to me.

    Auria.At least once in a month ;)
And they added a lot of functions since the very beginning, not only bugfixes.

  • But no midi at all yet.

  • That's true. But it was not meant to be a Sequencer(first)and WHAT it offers is on a highly professional level. And not"neither one thing nor another".And i can imagine auria gets midi before cubasis has automation ;) Don't misunderstood me,i love both apps.Usually i'm(or was^^)a Logic pro user but its kinda ironic that in terms of user interface steinberg gave me now the Logic for ipad i was always waiting for :)
So,i don't care anymore what apple could do.IF anything...

  • Pehaps it has that all-important MIDI through. :P

  • lol

you mean together with the long awaited progressive feature called Audio Copy OUT that Garbageband still lacks? ;)

    .

  • Electric Piano Synthesizer updates very often. I think it has updated about 15-20 times in the past two years. Saying that you will update frequently and actually doing so are two different things. A year later we will know if Steinberg is serious or not.

  • clears his throat and points at the Audiobus updates

  • Looks askance at Sebastian

    What is it now?
