Mozaic: Latch and Switch v1.6 - MIDI latching / routing and note display (mainly) for arpeggiators
I have just released this wee Mozaic script.
I created this script because my KeyStep MIDI controller does not have a proper latch/hold function, and I wanted to use various software Arpeggiators in the same way as the one in my Roland SH-01A synthesizer:
This synth allows you to play monophonic melodies without the arpeggiator already turning your notes into a staccato. Only when you press more than one key at the same time, the arpeggiator starts working.
And this is what the AUTO mode in this script is for. With the advantage, that you can even allow for more than one note to be active before notes are sent to the connected arpeggiator.
On top of that: Of course latching, note display, and several ways to mute notes including a fully fledged MIDI panic.

Noice and useful
Thank you
This is a really cool idea…thanks for sharing!
We are now at version 1.4 with some new features:
New version 1.5 adds “Filter Mode”.
Simply turn the A or B channel selector all the way to the right to enable “FLT”.
Both Channel A and B can be individually disabled by selecting this mode. Possible applications:
Version 1.6 brings velocity based switching and latching.
In other words: Hit the key harder to make it stick or to send the note to channel B.
The thresholds for velocity based switching and latching (SVel and LVel) can be set with the two bottom knobs while pressing SHIFT.
This will probably be my preferred way of playing... Now it's fairly easy to send notes to different destinations (Synths, Arpeggiators etc.) without the need to set fixed regions on the keyboard, or having to set the maximum number of "allowed" notes in Channel A beforehand.
