Serene and a little bit eerie. A few autumns ago they did that over my house for hours, there was a dense fog making it totally surreal. I must have photos somewhere.
your music fits perfectly that memory.
edit: found one:
Nice track. I’m hearing Adrian Belew and Brian Eno riffing over this… in an airport.
Nice track. Not quite easy to place it in any one time period of electronic music, which is a good thing.
Have you watched any of the Cabinet of Curiosities show on Netflix? Overall it’s a little hit and miss, but one episode called ‘The Murmuring’ is about two ornithologists studying and recording birds. It’s beautifully shot, and worth watching just for that.
Thanks @jo92346. That’s a really cool photo.
Thanks @Paulieworld. Is that airport, by any chance, on another green world? 🙂
Thanks @michael_m. I’ll check that show out.
Murmur has always been one of my favorite words. This is great. I love tracks with unique and minimal percussion parts like this.
I could definitely see this in an indie thriller or something if the sort. Very cinematic but not in an obvious “music score” way. Good work!
I loved even the cheesy ones lol but yes that one was beautifully made. Loved the Autopsy one and the finally with the 80s theme too.
I thought it started out really well but the second half of the season went downhill. Unfortunately the worst ones by far were the two based on Lovecraft stories.
@HotStrange I thank you very kindly!
@jo92346 How do you like my new wallpaper?
@rottencat glad you like it 😊
Few years ago we went to a quarry in Derbyshire that was supposed to have some of the best murmurations.
Tramped through a quagmire of mud in the dark, sat in a cold wooden hut for two hours… didn’t see a single bird 😞
Lovely track and video 🙏
