I’m 68… and a half. Unfortunately, arthritis makes me feel like it. Fortunately, my mind is still totaly intakt and stuff like that there once in a while and stuff like that. It’s so good to be coherent and stuff like that, once in a while. Hey Mrs. Douglas… goodbye city life. Green Acres we are there. I love wine and cheese… mostly wine.

I’m 59, still kickbox, do judo, and do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with people I am sometimes 3 or 4 times as old as. Going to keep going until things stop working or fall off.
