Add a midi track for the next AUv3 Synth. Under routing for the new track, tap where it says All MIDI Ports and change the input track to the piano track.

Now add another track, only this time set the input to the second track - basically daisy chaining.

[edit] IMPORTANT: You have to set MIDI THRU on any tracks that are passing through to other tracks.

Good question. I think so since it's only routing midi and I don't think automation is using midi. But you'll have to give it a try.
