Can I mix time signatures on this I.e a single bar of (/4 inside of an otherwise 4/4 song ?

Today is the last day to save 33% so the timing of this video and it’s compelling case the the product is a gift to potential buyers.
We all probably have several AUv3 hosts and several beat/grrovemaker apps but this does look like a very well thought out product. I bounce up against constraints in AUM when I try and use/make MIDI loops. This could be a nice alternative way for me to do what I’ve been trying to master with Atom 2 in AUM with some rather frustrating and mixed results.
