…okay, I want one.
That’s rad! I wonder what the four LFO destinations are exactly.
Going to get an Elmyra 2 first, regardless.
Close examination of the video shows that you can select either LFO I or LFO II independently for each oscillator and each filter. The oscillators appear to let you choose pitch or wave shape as the destination; my guess is that the filters are hard-wired with cutoff as the destination.
Looks very cool
Wow I want that. Very useful functionality too with the Eurorack compatibility. It’s way cheaper than I was expecting too for the sound
What’s the price ?
It says it’ll be about $260/£210
Really cheap for something that gets into Strega/elmyra/lyra territory…. I know it’s not a clone of any of those but it’s got that same delay chip
Yeah the pt2399 is a lot of fun, I have a eurorack module I got off Etsy with the chip and a vactrol modulation that gets really interesting when you get creative with it. It’d be a lot of fun to use this with that module to get into some crazy feedback. That chip has that nice aliasing noise to it too that’s fun to play with when you get it into oscillation
Oh yeah I’m getting this. I’m trying to collect everything Stylophone. Gotta buy this, the new theremin and groovebox to complete my collection. This looks super cool. And should be a blast running into the 404.
And what about his power supply and connections? Only 6 batteries?
Says mains on the website so probably a 9 volt connector or something like that

Hmm. It's all weird. What kind of surprises does the backside conceal?😁
That’s what she said!
I've just started using myvolts kit to power a lot of my gear - their ripcords are very cool - basically they connect between a device and a power bank and provide the correct voltage so I don't need to worry about AA / AAA batteries when I want to go mobile...oh, and if a device doesn't have a power socket they've got the revolt system which uses dummy standard batteries...

Is there an app that more or less does what this does?
Not anti-hardware here btw, just curious.
Birdcord has similar items, and some for gear that you can’t find on myvolts as well, just fyi. Neat cables though, I love being able to power my MC707 from a small battery bank.
Two instances of Hilda?
Thanks - will take a look at Birdcord ...
Someone said that on Facebook the company said this is the first of their “CPM line”. I’m real interested in what else may be in the works.
NOISE!
Ping @sevenape
OH Niiiiiice!!!
I maybe could have ignored this if it didn't have those prophet 5 oscillators and filters and sound so completely gorgeous. Preordered instantly.
Pro5 oscillators and filters?? I guess I missed that. Preordered as well lol
I’m excited to mic up that built in speaker for some real classic tones lol this thing is super cool.
Any recommendations for a standalone (not eurorack) audio interface with CV - is this called DC-coupled? (sorry - I'm a bit of a hardware newbie but would really love to connect Bitwig on the Mac to this synth for pitch modulation etc). Cheers...!
It's coming....first supplies hitting local warehouses for pre-orders in January...👍 👍 👍
Oh, and if anyone else is interested in sending CV from a computer to control this and other hardware the Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 mk2 is ideal...
